I have more than 26 years of experience focused on managing and implementing best practices to win Federal contracts. My win rate is 100% the past 4 years, all in the U.S. Federal Government sector. These contracts include the CHIPS Act, DARPA Rapid Response IDIQ, NASA SEWP VI, U.S. Army Identity Credentialling, and Access Management, and TSA’s Flexible Agile Scalable Teams BPA. I’ve worked with more than 25 agencies across defense and civilian sectors reviewing contractual terms and compliance. My proposals to Government solicitations average more than $100 million each, with the largest being $1.1 billion for the U.S. Army Enterprise Business Services Convergence contract. The range of my Federal Capture and Proposal experience for 16 years combined with state and local and commercial positions in addition to a Government and Military background enables me to work in a contractual capacity for the U.S. Navy resulting in managing and negotiating contracts for increased efficiency.
